Komen Atlanta will provide your worksite with a toolkit to help educate, inform and empower your female employees to take charge of their breast health. Your worksite can choose how rigorous of an approach to take from an easy to implement toolkit.
Tier 1: This tier provides online toolkit to help your worksite utilize already established systems of information dissemination (e.g. email, newsletter, etc.) to create a general awareness of breast health.
Tier 2: This tier involves an engaging and personalized educational session for employees. It is an opportunity for your worksite to provide more intensive education to increase screening rates and promote the importance of early detection among your employees.
Tier 3: This tier provides information for worksites that want to move from simply educating their employees to instead inspiring action. This tier involves the possibility of a mobile mammography unit coming to your worksite.
